Expressing Loss Through Arts & Activities
August 2 & 3, 2008, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Carson Valley School Grounds

A 2-day summer camp for children ages 6 to 13 who have experienced the loss of a loved one that allows them to explore their grief within a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.

Through music, art and movement activities, discussion, and participation in creation of a memorial program, children will have opportunities to creatively address their feelings and develop coping strategies for healing and living with their loss.

$30 activity fee per child includes both days, $5 for each additional child. Scholarships available. No one will be turned away because of inability to pay. Transportation to and from Keystone House will be available. Lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided. A family picnic will follow camp on Saturday.
