Fundraising
Auctioneer Over the years, she realized she wanted to have a more personal relationship with the organization in addition to managing the Brotherston account, and in 2002 went through the volunteer training program. She recalls with delight some
of the special moments she shared with patients in her role as a volunteer,
providing support, companionship and respite to terminally-ill patients
and their families. One occasion she particularly valued was to bring
a resident at Keystone House to the shore to see the ocean one more time
before she died.
