Comprehensive Care At Home
Hospice care received in the home gives patients and family members the peace and comfort of familiar surroundings and the closeness of friends and loved-ones. The support needed to make this possible is provided by Keystone Hospice’s team of professional and volunteer staff.

Care is focused on pain management and symptom control. This approach allows the patient to continue normal activities as long as possible and encourages family members to be present and to participate in the patient’s care.

All services of the hospice team as well as medications and durable medical equipment necessary to the comfort of the patient are included under insurance coverage.

Facility-Based Hospice Support
Keystone Hospice also provides care in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. In conjunction with services already in place, supplemental end-of-life care allow individuals to remain in familiar surroundings of their residential “home away from home”.
