Full-Time On-Call Nurse - RN

We have an immediate opening for a Full-time on call Hospice field RN serving patients in their homes, assisted living and skilled facilities in the counties of Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia and Delaware counties. Coverage would be each weekend from Friday evening at 5pm to Monday morning at 8 am. PA license and valid drivers license required. Excellent benefits including medical/dental, 403B retirement savings plan, mileage reimbursement & continuing education opportunity for Hospice certification. Agency CHAP accredited.

Quality Assurance Coordinator - RN

We are seeking a responsible part-time employee to review patient's charts for compliance and completeness as well as guide and help the agency to continually monitor and evaluate various aspects of services to ensure that standards of quality are being met (Quality Assurance) and to promote and facilitate Performance Improvement.

Job requirements:
• Must be computer literate and have experience with electronic medical records
• OCS benchmarking and prior QA/PI experience is a plus.
• Home health/hospice agency experience with working knowledge of home health and hospice Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• RN-PA license

RNs - Residential Hospice and Facility/Home Hospice Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

Pennsylvania RN license required. Prorated benefits 3, 4, or 5 days/week. Comprehensive insurance, 403B savings options, flexible scheduling, continuing education opportunities for CHPN certification.
