Sing "Alleluia" and Support Keystone Hospice!

Alleluia CD cover
Keystone Hospice Music Therapist Laura Thomae, MT-BC, has released the single "Alleluia", from her forthcoming album “Church of the Broken Pieces” with sales proceeds to benefit Keystone Hospice and its therapeutic arts program.

The single was written and performed by Laura, produced and arranged by Rodney Whittenberg at Melodyvision, and features a fiddle solo by Nick Kendall of the string trio Time for Three. It was recently featured on 88.5 FM WXPN’s Morning Show with Michaela Majoun.

CDs are $5 each and can be purchased:

  • on-line at cdbaby.com
  • download through itunes
  • Keystone House reception office
  • call (215) 836-2440

Laura wrote this folk/gospel inspired song while thinking of a friend who had died from AIDS, and after coming from a music therapy session with elderly folks where she was captivated by their deep and buoyant faith that shined through as they sang old church songs despite some of them living through hardships such as Jim Crow, sharecropping and daily struggle as well as currently dealing with illness.
