Starting Private Duty Care

When you decide you or a loved one needs private duty care, one of our nurses will conduct an initial evaluation to develop a fully customized plan to meet specific needs and fit financial resources.

• Long-term services can be billed as hourly or monthly fees.
• Short term or intermittent services can be billed per service.
• Some services may be covered by insurance, supplementary insurance or long-term care policies.

You don't need a referral or insurance authorization to initiate a request for private duty care.
