Keystone Hospice administrative offices and Keystone House are located at 8765 Stenton Ave., Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, 19038.

Directions from the Pennsylvania Turnpike
Exit PA Turnpike at Fort Washington and follow signs for 309 South. Take the Papermill Road exit. Turn right onto Papermill Road and continue for several lights to the light at the top of the hill; this is Stenton Avenue. Turn left onto Stenton Avenue. You will pass the Institute for the Achievement of Human Potential (which has a long stone wall and many flags.) You will see a green sign for Keystone House. We are on the left immediately past the Institute.

Directions from Center City Philadelphia
Schuylkill Expressway West to Lincoln Drive. Take Lincoln Drive to traffic light at Emlen Street. Turn left onto Emlen (becomes Cresheim Valley Road). Stay on Cresheim Valley Road until it dead-ends at Stenton Ave. Turn left onto Stenton Avenue. You will pass Sunrise Assisted Living of Chestnut Hill on the left and Springfield Residence and Chestnut Hill Rehabilitation on the right. We are just past Chestnut Hill Rehabilitation on the right. You will see a green sign for Keystone House.
